Chris Lucero

A rosary is scheduled for 7 pm, Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at St. Peters Catholic Church for Chris Gliserio Lucero, 53, who passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Roswell. A mass is scheduled for 10 am, Thursday, May 23, 2013 also at St. Peters Catholic Church with Father Charlie Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Chris was born March 4, 1960 in Roswell, NM to Gliserio Lucero and Beatrice Domingues. His mother preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his son Joseph Lucero and grandson Dam.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father Gliserio Lucero of Roswell sons Chris Lucero Jr. and wife Melissa of Roswell and Matthew Lucero of Lubbock, TX stepchildren Jackie Aragon, Leroy Aragon, Michell Aragon Trujillo and Niki Aragon sisters Virginia Lucero of Clovis, NM and Kathy Lucero of Portales, NM. Also surviving him are six grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Jiamito Herrera, Albert Cruz, Leroy Aragon, Levi Gustamantes, John Barrera and Jacob Barrera.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
