Buenavida Adajar

Buenavida L. Adajar of Roswell, New Mexico passed away October 23, 2013 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the age of 71, the 7th child in her family. She was fondly called Baby by her family and friends she was a beautiful woman both inside and out. She was born on October 2, 1942 in Pangasinan, Philippines to Rufino and Felisa Nee Lagmay. Mrs. Adajar was a devoted and proud mother and an accountant by profession. She provided love and care to her children emphasizing the importance of a good education. She saw to it that all of her children received that education and that they were successful in their chosen professions.

She is survived by her children Dr. Mario Adajar an Internist in Pennsylvania, Rosemarie Adajar, who practiced medicine in the Philippines and is currently a nurse in Roswell, New Mexico and Dr. Fundador Adajar a Cardiologist in Roswell, New Mexico daughter in law, Dr. Joy Adajar and Internist in Pennsylvania and son in law Jason Christensen grandchildren Lorenze, Marty, Mig, Borgy, Joseph, Mai, Mia, Arianna, Allison and Alexander.

Vigil with rosary will be Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel in Roswell, New Mexico with a Mass of Resurrection Monday, October 28, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Reverend Joseph Pacquing will be presiding. Her remains will be cremated and inurned in the columbarium at Assumption on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 10:00 A.M.
