A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Ballard Chapel for Bonnie Fay Daly, 90, who passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Lovelace Regional Hospital. Pastor Mike Sudduth of West Alameda Church of Christ. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Bonnie was born November 2, 1922 in Roswell, NM to Walter and Elizabeth Turner Walker. Her parents preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, four sisters and her son. Bonnie married Roy F. Daly on February 7, 1963 in Roswell. He survives her of the family home.

She is also survived by her son Dick Daly and wife Oleta of California daughters Linda Crausby and husband David of Roswell and Beverly Pope and husband Jimmy of Roswell sister Dollie Dooley of Roswell grandchildren Jerry Lee Pope, Robbie Rogers, Chuck Travelstead, Kim and Shannon Clark and great grandchildren Chelsea Clark, Bronson Clark, Tanner Travelstead and Chance Rose.

Bonnie was a lifelong resident of Roswell. She was a member of West Alameda Church of Christ. Bonnie worked as a meat packer for Glovers Meat Packing Plant where she retired. After her retirement she baby sat for many years. Bonnie was a beautiful and kind woman to many people and will be missed dearly.

Serving as pallbearers are Bronson Clark, Jimmy Pope, David Crausby, Shannon Clark, Chuck Travelstead, Doug Rogers and Jerry Pope. Honorary pallbearers are Jason Farr, Mike Suddeth and Terri Meloncon.

Following the service lunch will be served at West Alameda Church of Christ, 2801 W. Alameda, Roswell.
