Betty was born on May 22, 1933 in Roswell, NM to Holland Williams and Jewel Jones Williams. Her parents have preceded her in death.

Betty is survived by her cousin Nancy Rose of Scottsdale, Arizona an a Aunt Genevieve Jones of Roswell.
