Betty Servantez

A prayer service is scheduled for 7 pm, Monday, October 10, 2016 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Betty Jean Sevantez, 67, who passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am, Tuesday, October 11, 2016 also at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at South Park Cemetery. Pastor Eugene De Los Santos of Iglesia Bautista El Calvario will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday, October 7, 2016, 9 am to 1 pm, Saturday, October 8, 2016 and 9 am to 6 pm, Monday, October 10, 2016 at Ballard Funeral Home.

Betty was born November 29, 1948 in Tucumcari, NM to Sara Aguilar and Bob Crowson. Betty is married to Richard Servantez, her love of her life, her everything for 54 years. She has five children Ricky, Eva, Prescilla, Christie and Anjelo; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents Sara and Bob; her sister Bonnie, brother Robert and granddaughter Venessa.

Betty was a beautiful, wonderful, loving, caring woman; she opened her heart to everyone, her smiles would light up the world. She would do whatever she could to help everyone. Betty had the biggest loving heart ever. She will be deeply missed.

Serving as pallbearers are Richard Ray Sedillo, Joseph Lente, Bobby Lente, Daniel Lozano, Ernie De La Cruz and Robert Servantez. Honorary pallbearers are Issac Sanchez, Isaiah Servantez, Alyissa Perelta, Anna E. Sanchez, Alisha Talamates, Jocob Chavez, Joseph C. Servantez and Joseph Lente III.
