Bernard Beau Stone

A memorial service is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Beau Stone, 62 of Roswell, who passed away on October 09, 2010 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Beau was cremated according to his wishes.
Beau was born on March 23, 1948 in Rodville, New York to Howard and Sarah Ulrich Stone. He was preceded in death by his father Howard Stone.
Beau is survived by his mother Sarah Stone of Denton, TX., wife Anne Stone of Roswell, NM., daughter Jennifer Stone of Denver, CO., brothers Don Stone of South Lake, TX., Ben Stone of Como, TX., Steve Stone of Denton, TX. and sister Sarah Beth Stone of Justin, TX.
He lived in Roswell since 1968 coming from Artesia. Beau graduated from Artesia High School and continued his education at ENMU in Portales were he received his bachelors degree and his masters degree at Western NM University in Silver City, NM. Beau was a teacher at Del Norte, Park View, Sunset Elementary and Mt. View Middle School where he was also a counselor. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.
