Annie Shamas David

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 am, Saturday, August 6, 2001 at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd, NE, Albuquerque, NM for Annie Shamas David 86, who passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Villa del Rey Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Annie was born May 24, 1925 in Douglas, AZ to Joseph and Almaza Dahter Shamas. Her parents preceded her in death. She was married to Theodore David for over thirtysix years, they had a wonderful life together. He also preceded her in death.

Annie is survived by her sister Mabel Shamas of Roswell recently of Albuquerque who she loved dearly. Also, her brothers Joe Shamas Jr. and wife Jan of Roswell and Judge Ralph Shamas and wife Elizabeth of Roswell and also many nieces and nephews.

Annie retired from Government Services after many years at Kirkland Air Force Base. She was once honored as employee of the month from thousands of employees at Kirkland. She grew up in Albuquerque, NM and graduated from Albuquerque High School and Western Business School.

Annie will be dearly missed by family and friends. Her house was always open to any person in need.

Heaven is a better place now. We will always miss her and hold her dear in our hearts. With tears and sorrow adios sister we love you.
