Anna Chambers

Funeral services are schedule for 10 am, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Ballard Chapel for Anna Mae Chambers, 95, who passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at her home. Pastor Terry Warner of New Covenant Fellowship Church of God will be officiating with burial to follow at South Park Cemetery.

Anna was born March 7, 1918 in Washita, Arkansas to Ollie David Chambers and Sally Belle Qualls. Her parents preceded her in death. Anna was a very active member in her church the New Covenant Fellowship Church of God. She loved to embroidery.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters Ruby Chambers, Sue Chambers of Roswell, NM, Jewel Ratliff of Dexter, NM and Inez Schuessler of Los Lunas, NM and her nieces and nephews Wendel Chambers, Danny Ratliff, Beverly Morrow, Don Ratliff, Peggy Mills and Balerie Schuessler.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Boys Girls Club of Roswell, 201 S. Garden, Roswell, NM 88203 or Roswell Humane Society, 703 E. McGaffey Street, Roswell, NM 88203.
