A rosary is scheduled at 6:00 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Ballard Funeral Home for Demetrio Espinoza Jr., 70, who passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. The family will be gathering at 1206 Highland Rd. following the rosary.
Demetrio was born September 30, 1944 in Roswell, NM to Demetrio Espinoza and Onesima Dominguez. Demetrio was known to his family and friends as "Chico" or "Tito", he was a loving and caring father, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Demetrio is survived by his daughters, Rosemary Espinoza, Angie Espinoza and Maria "Tita" Wilson, also one sister, Angela Soto. He had numerous nephews and nieces, 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren
Demetrio is preceded in death by his parents, Demetrio L. and Onesima D. Espinoza; brothers, Victor Espinoza, Placido Espinoza, Steve Espinoza, Frank Espinoza, Gabriel Espinoza and sister, Christina Espinoza. Also preceding him in death is a long life friend, Maxine Lasley.
